Returns and Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Our return policy differs for Jewellery and Clothing items.

At Sakhi, we hope you love your new purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied or if you've simply changed your mind, we are happy to offer a refund, subject to the conditions below.

We are committed to providing the best possible experience and want you to feel confident in shopping with us.

General Return Conditions

All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Items must be:

  • In their original condition

  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged

  • With original tags and packaging intact

Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded, at our discretion.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • This may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Original delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Return Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at sales@sakhi.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Carefully pack the item in the original packaging or equivalent to avoid damage in transit.

Important Notes

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window or in unsaleable condition may be rejected or refunded at a reduced value.

  • Our team will assess each return individually and notify you of any deductions made.
