We currently do not offer tailoring services. However, our ready-to-wear range is designed for easy sizing and convenience.

For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose rings, and similar items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Orders/Payment

Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.

We accept major debit/credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment gateways.

Orders can only be modified or cancelled before dispatch. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes.

You can enter your discount code during checkout. Please note, only one promo code can be applied per order.

Unfortunately, discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively.

Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the UK Mianland.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days within the UK. Custom items may take longer.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items, provided they are in original condition.

Please note: earrings and custom orders are non-returnable.

Email us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process. Return may incurr charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method, minus shipping charges.
